Vanilla server is now Paper server, allowing plugins. McMMO and Chest Locker are installed.

Install Forge
Download recommended and run the .jar file to install. Mark sure to have java installed. Download the forge mods, unzip and put them in you local mods folder. Typically C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\mods on Windows. Start your normal Minecraft launcher and choose Forge. Connect to minecraft.pirateboy.net:25566.
